Small, upscale hotel. 6 floors, 7 rooms per floor. Quiet room requested and received. Clean and well-kept. Free and reliable wifi. Adequate room for single traveler. No hot beverages, but mini fridge available. Helpful staff. Convenient location. Great nearby Japanese restaurant. Quiet with nice bed. Good breakfast and freshly brewed coffee available. Close to metro, bus, and Cortes Ingles department store. Numerous tapas and restaurants nearby.

The hotel is elegant and clean, providing great service. The rooms are spacious and beautifully furnished. The location is superb, with easy access to transportation options like the subway and buses. The neighborhood is upscale, with high-end stores and cafes nearby. We even had a fantastic time at the best night club in town, El Kapital. I highly recommend this hotel for its great value and convenient location.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, situated in a classy and calm neighborhood that made us feel like we were in the heart of Madrid. We were able to easily reach all the attractions and shops. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful, going out of their way to ensure that our stay was comfortable. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with a well-stocked mini-bar that wasn't overpriced. The breakfast options were outstanding, offering a wide variety of fresh fruit, Spanish omelet, cold meats, and pastries.
